Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the company’s waste management software product.

The SDR will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, engage with them through outbound prospecting efforts, and nurture them through the sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.


  • Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound sales activities (cold-calling, emailing, social media, etc.)
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests, and determining if they are a good fit for the company’s product
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing education, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further engagement
  • Track and manage leads using the company’s CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes based on feedback and results


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in the waste management industry or related field is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English is a must and other European languages is a strong plus
  • Understanding of relevant market trends and opportunities
  • A data-driven approach to sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelly
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
