Wasteform maps every step of the European waste transport process to the correct document and DIWASS workflow, domestic or cross-border, automatically. Five statuses guide each shipment: Submitted, Announced, Moving, Received and Completed.
Submitted and Announced
Eural code validated against the processor permit, document filed in DIWASS, and the DIWASS ID written to the CMR so the driver is ready.

Wasteform is Evreka’s EU waste document product. It generates waste documents automatically and files them to DIWASS in real time, from domestic Begeleidingsbrieven to Orange List notifications. No re-entry. No portals.
Annex VII, Annex IA / IB, the Begeleidingsbrief (NL), the e-IDF (Belgium) and the German Begleitschein, plus sector-specific domestic transport records across EU member states.
A transport is created in Wasteform and the Eural code is validated against the processor permit. After submission, DIWASS confirms the document as Announced and the DIWASS ID is written to the CMR. At departure the status updates to Moving, then Received when the processor confirms receipt, and Completed once the completion certificate is issued. The cycle is closed and the audit trail sealed.
Receipt must be confirmed by the processor within 3 working days, with an alert sent if the window is missed, and the completion certificate is issued within 30 days, generated from processing data.
